BillMatrix is convenient and easy to use. No advance sign-up is necessary. All you need is a touch-tone phone, your Nevada Power account number, and your credit card or ATM card (look for the Star symbol on the back). BillMatrix will even accept a check over the phone. If you would like to choose this option, just have your checkbook handy. Easy, recorded instructions will guide you through the process.
